Cancellation & Refund Policy

These proposed paid-program terms do not create a subscription. TivolisWorld LLC is the membership seller and program operator. The final benefit schedule, seller contact details and payment/cancellation mechanisms will be provided before enrollment.

No subscription to cancel today

Applications are free and create no subscription. To withdraw an application or request deletion, use Contact. This form is not a substitute for a future paid-subscription cancellation mechanism.

Proposed cancellation terms

Once paid enrollment opens, a prominent online account or billing-portal control must allow you to cancel without having to speak to an agent. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewal, and access continues through the period already paid unless a refund ends access. Save the confirmation. Monthly plans cover one month; annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months.

Proposed refund terms

Request a full refund within 14 days of the initial membership purchase. After that window, unused time is ordinarily not prorated, subject to applicable law and remedies for undelivered services or incorrect charges. Canceling prevents future renewal; it does not by itself request a refund. Final terms must confirm these policies before purchase. Corporate packages may have separately agreed sponsorship terms. The Starter Kit follows the terms shown at its own checkout.

Changes and charge issues

Material changes will be disclosed before implementation with cancellation instructions. Contact support for billing errors or non-delivery; rights provided by law remain available.
