These proposed paid-program terms do not create a subscription. TivolisWorld LLC is the membership seller and program operator. The final benefit schedule, seller contact details and payment/cancellation mechanisms will be provided before enrollment.

Website use

Use this site lawfully and do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or submit misleading claims. Public program descriptions are prelaunch plans. Only the separately linked Starter Kit has a purchase checkout today.

Education and third parties

Information is general education and may need independent verification. Calculations depend on assumptions and do not predict actual results. External sites, purchases and professional services have separate terms. Real-estate representation is arranged separately through the licensed brokerage. No membership fee buys an investment or charitable deduction.

Intellectual property and conduct

Respect the rights of content owners. Do not copy protected resources for resale, impersonate others, spam members or submit unlawful material. Paid marketplace listings must disclose sponsorship and must not imply that the network guarantees provider performance.

Changes and consumer rights

Updated terms will be dated. A paid program’s material changes will be communicated with a clear cancellation route. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights. Questions and correction requests can be submitted through Contact.
