TivolisWorld LLC sells and operates the membership program. The checkout and retainable purchase acknowledgment must identify TivolisWorld LLC as the membership seller, alongside any separately identified payment processor or merchant of record. No membership checkout is connected yet.
An unchecked, required consent must name the chosen tier, exact amount, billing interval and automatic renewal, link the final agreement and refund policy, and identify the online cancellation route. It must be separate from optional marketing consent. A retainable acknowledgment with billing and cancellation terms must follow the purchase. No payment action will be enabled until those mechanisms exist.
